No Guaranteed Results

Reframe Edit aims to provide professional video editing and post-production services, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, viral reach, revenue growth, search ranking, engagement rate, audience retention, client conversion, YouTube performance, Instagram performance, ad result or platform approval.

Final performance depends on several factors outside our control, including raw footage quality, topic, script, offer, audience, posting strategy, platform algorithm, branding, thumbnail, title, distribution, budget and market demand.

Portfolio and Sample Work

Portfolio items, sample edits, before-after examples, case-study style examples and embedded videos are shown only to demonstrate editing style, creative direction and possible quality standards.

These examples do not guarantee that every project will have identical results, visuals, pacing, views, engagement, conversions or final output.

Delivery Delay Disclaimer

Any delivery timeline, project deadline or expected completion date shared by Reframe Edit is an estimated timeline only. We make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver work within the discussed timeline, but actual delivery may change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, medical emergencies, electricity failure, internet issues, software or hardware failure, system crashes, file corruption, upload or download delays, Google Drive or WeTransfer issues, third-party platform interruptions, delayed client feedback, delayed approvals, incomplete project brief, payment delays or other unavoidable technical or personal situations.

Reframe Edit will try to inform the client as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated delivery timeline where practical. Such delay shall not be treated as a service failure, breach of agreement, automatic refund reason, cancellation reason, compensation claim or legal claim.

Reframe Edit shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, business loss, campaign delay, publishing delay, platform deadline issue, revenue loss, reputation loss or any other damage caused by unavoidable or technical delivery delays.

Copyright Claims and Platform Strikes

Reframe Edit provides video editing and post-production services based on the raw footage, images, audio, music, voiceovers, logos, graphics, fonts, scripts, references, brand assets, stock footage, third-party materials and other content provided or approved by the client.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all materials shared with Reframe Edit are legally owned, licensed, permitted, royalty-free, copyright-cleared or otherwise authorized for the intended use, including use on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, websites, advertisements, commercial campaigns or any other platform.

Reframe Edit is not responsible for any copyright claim, copyright strike, Content ID claim, platform restriction, takedown notice, demonetization, muted audio, blocked video, legal notice, licensing dispute, trademark claim, privacy claim, personality rights claim or any other issue arising from client-provided, client-selected or client-approved content.

The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Reframe Edit, its owner, team members, contractors and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, legal costs, platform actions, account restrictions, copyright strikes, takedowns or disputes that arise because of materials supplied, selected, approved or published by the client.

Third-Party Content and Links

The website may contain links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Drive, WeTransfer, stock platforms, plugins, tools or other third-party websites.

Reframe Edit does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, pricing, licensing, security, performance or actions.

Website Accuracy

Reframe Edit tries to keep website information accurate and updated, but errors, outdated details, typographical mistakes or temporary inaccuracies may occur.

Pricing, offers, delivery timelines, services and policies may change without prior notice unless already confirmed in writing for a specific project.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reframe Edit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses arising from use of the website, services, content, third-party links, delayed delivery, platform performance, technical issues or client-provided materials.

Reframe Edit's total liability, if any, for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client to Reframe Edit for that specific project.
