Short videos include up to 3 revisions. Videos of 5 to 15 minutes include up to 2 revisions. Long-form videos above 15 minutes include up to 1 revision. Revision requests should be shared within 2 days after draft delivery.
Final files are delivered through Google Drive or WeTransfer after full payment is complete. Delivery time may change if the project is complex, feedback is delayed, source files have technical issues, or there is an emergency, power issue, internet issue, software issue or hardware failure.
The client is responsible for making sure all footage, music, images, logos and other assets shared with Reframe Edit are legally usable. Reframe Edit is not responsible for copyright claims, strikes or takedowns caused by client-provided material.
