No. Sample edits are not free. We offer sample edits at a discounted price so you can review our editing style before starting a full project. The sample edit price may vary depending on video length, footage quality, editing complexity and project requirements.

Short videos include up to 3 revisions. Videos between 5 to 15 minutes include up to 2 revisions. Long-form videos above 15 minutes include up to 1 revision. Revision requests should be shared within 2 days after draft delivery.

You can share your footage through Google Drive, WeTransfer or another cloud link. Please include the video goal, reference style, brand assets, captions or text notes, music preference, deadline and final platform requirement such as YouTube, Instagram, podcast or website.

First, we review your brief and footage. Then we share an editing plan or confirmation. After the first draft, you can request revisions based on the agreed revision policy. Final files are delivered through Google Drive or WeTransfer after full payment is completed.

Yes. We try our best to deliver every project within the discussed timeline, but delivery may change due to unavoidable situations such as medical emergency, electricity failure, internet issues, software or hardware failure, file transfer problems, delayed client feedback or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, Reframe Edit will share an updated delivery timeline as soon as possible.

Yes. Project work starts after advance payment confirmation. Final files are delivered only after full payment is completed. This helps us reserve editing time, plan the project properly and maintain a clear workflow for both sides.

Yes. Reframe Edit works remotely with creators, brands, agencies and studios across India. You can send footage online, communicate through WhatsApp or email and receive final edited files through cloud delivery.

Unless confidentiality is requested before the project starts, Reframe Edit may use selected completed work, clips or previews for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes. Confidential projects should be clearly discussed before work begins.

After final delivery, client footage may be stored for up to 10 days for basic support or minor delivery-related checks. After that, we may delete the raw footage and project files from our system. Clients should keep their own backup of all original files.
